Pregnancy Yoga classes are a gentle practice, here we will explore yoga postures that support the Mum to be and help relieve common pregnancy discomforts. Our classes focus on relaxation, breathwork and gentle stretching for pregnancy and labour which will support you and encourage a calm and confident approach to your birthing experience. Classes are suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy.
Pregnancy Yoga Classes run in 6 week blocks.
