Explore the relationship between your breath and your body

This class is suitable for complete beginners or those who are returning to yoga and would like a gentler class. Over the weeks we will explore the relationship between the breath and its fundamentality to the practice, while also focusing on alignment, building strength, flexibility and balance. Beginners will also be introduced to the vinyasa system of synchronizing movement and the breath, working with sun salutations and gentle flow. A long relaxation is offered at the end to help students time to allow the practice digest feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and calm.
