Yoga for Families

In our busy world it is important to spend quality time together as a family. Practicing Family Yoga together is a special way to connect one to one with your child/children. Take time to reconnect with each-other while enabling your child to learn different poses and breathing techniques to calm the body in a unique and fun environment.

Singing , movement, partner yoga, story-telling , breath work and games are all combined within the yoga practice to facilitate a fun and playful environment.
